Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the original shipping packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
